But do you know much about Ganesha aka Ganesh played by Asif Khan?
When he was 12, Asif Khan’s father died, so he started doing odd jobs to survive and eventually convinced his mum to allow him to go acting in Mumbai.
In a recent interview Asif said, “To sustain myself, I started working as a waiter at a hotel. After a few months when I was employed in the kitchen department, we had a party that turned out to be Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor’s reception.”
He quit that job later on and spent some time at a mall before auditioning and joining a theater group in Jaipur. Khan thereafter began his career as an assistant casting director and made his acting debut with small roles in films like Toilet: Ek Prem Katha, Pari, Pagglait and India’s Most Wanted.
