A 45-year-old from Thane woman Arrested for Extorting Rs 4.39 Crore from the CEO of a corporate Bank who is Retired. The woman is the residence of Anand Nagar at Kopri, Thane.

A woman has been attested to Extorting money from a man who was a retired CEO of a Corporate bank. and the total amount reported is Rs 4.39 crores.
Women were threatening him to show their relationship in public to his family, friends and filing rape cases against men.
Thane Police said this woman met their man first time through a mutual connection in 2016 and visited a branch of the bank in Wadala.

The police said that at first, the lady told the man that she wanted a loan because she was broke and had no money. By procedural happenings, during the process, as per the terms and conditions of the bank authorities, an inspection of their house situated in Anand Nagar at Kopri in Thane was to be done.
As per the FIR filed with police on Tuesday, February 27, last year when the accused woman approached her room to view her documents needed for loan approval, this is also stated that she forcefully threw herself on him and had intercourse with him but with his consent.
Police say that there was a loan that got approved for 3 lakhs for 5 years with 7,300 EMI per month from the complaint.

He gave Rs 4.39 crores in 108 installments From 2017 to 2023, selling his apartment and taking cash from different people like provident funds and loans to comply with her demands.
On Tuesday, however, the woman fell for another trap having asked for an additional five hundred thousand rupees on Tuesday from the complainant. They followed up his complaint and after negotiations reduced it down to one hundred thousand rupees when police came and arrested the female person as she was receiving another one hundred thousand rupees.
