MrBeast became the most subscribed YouTube channel with 267 million subscribers, while T-Series, on the other hand, has 266 million followers.
Jimmy Donaldson, aka MrBeast, is the new most subscribed YouTuber. His YouTube channel has surpassed music company T-Series on the video-sharing platform.
The American YouTuber announced this news through the social media platform X (formerly known as Twitter). He said in his post that he has “avenged” Swedish YouTuber PewDiePie. He also posted an image showing the latest number of subscribers.
MrBeast’s YouTube account has 267 million subscribers while T-Series on the other hand has 266 million followers.
“After 6 years we’ve finally avenged Pewdiepie,” read a note appended to the post. Last year, MrBeast had supported fellow Youtuber Pewdiepie and argued that “I’m doing this for Pewdiepie.”
Tesla boss Elon Musk was among those who first congratulated MrBeast. Musk wrote, “Wow, congrats!”
Other comments made by users in the comment section included one user saying, “I’m literally shaking and crying right now I can’t believe we finally did it.”
Some users commented that they should make it a billion-word text instead.

In the last month, MrBeast challenged the CEO of T-Series to a boxing match. This was during a time when T-Series had achieved the highest number of subscribers on YouTube and MrBeast had only a few behind him.
This 26-year-old shared a photo of what remained for subscribers on X with a caption reading: “I challenge T-Series’ CEO to boxing game.” Bhushan Kumar is both the chairman and managing director of the music label, T-series. The company’s official website does not mention its CEO’s name.
Another YouTuber from Sweden, whose real name is Felix Kjellberg, was previously the highest-earning YouTube celebrity in the world.
He quickly became famous by making commentaries about video games. Thereafter, his followers overtook those of T-Series which made them have more subscribers than anyone else at some point in time.
