In Pune Porsche crash The Pune police have taken into custody the father of a 17-year-old boy who crashed his speeding Porsche on a motorcycle, killing two people. After filing a complaint against him, Vishal Agrawal was arrested in Aurangabad, Maharashtra on Monday (May 20).
The following day, police arrested the owners of two bars that had served alcohol to the minor. A real estate developer Vishal Agrawal went into hiding and was caught early Tuesday morning at the Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar area.
On Sunday last week at around midnight Aneesh Awadhiya and Ashwini Koshta were killed as they rode on their bike when it collided with a Porsche in the locality of Kalyani Nagar in Pune. While Ashwini died immediately after the accident,
Aneesh was rushed to a city hospital where he passed away shortly afterwards. This caused an uproar after a local court granted bail to the 17-year-old within just fourteen hours of being held by authorities.

The father of a 17-year-old boy who is thought to have been involved in the Pune car accident was arrested on Tuesday in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. He will be presented in court today. A case has been registered against Vishal Agrawal, a real estate developer under sections 75 and 77 of the Juvenile Justice Act.
In addition to this, three executives from two bars were also nabbed for giving liquor to a minor. On Tuesday Cosie restaurant owner Pralhad Bhutda manager Sachin Katkar and Hotel Black’s manager Sandip Sangle were arrested.
Footage from CCTV at the bar went viral on social media on Monday showing the alcoholic juvenile. The collision happened after several hours.
Sections 75 and 77 of the Juvenile Justice Act are being levied against both the father of teen Vishal Agrawal as well as the joint that provided alcohol to him while underage or else drunk.
On Sunday (May 19), there was a fatal crash in which two people riding a bike were killed when he struck them with his speeding sports car.
Case Details of the Pune Porsche Crash Accident
Early morning tragedy occurred on May 19th when the teenager along with his friends sat down inside a Porsche automobile. According to police officials, The Porsche belonged to his dad but had no number plate displayed behind it.
These were identified as Aneesh Awadhiya and Ashwini Koshta, his partner. Both of them were 24 years old and worked in the IT industry. According to the police’s FIR, Koshta was killed on the spot while Awadhiya succumbed to injuries at the hospital.
After the accident went viral, CCTV footage showed people attacking the teenager on site. In another video there were some minors drinking alcohol in a bar before the accident.
According to an eyewitness who spoke to India Today, there were three people in that Porsche car but one of them was able to escape from the scene of an accident after it occurred. The eyewitness claimed that all three occupants of that sports car were driving under the influence of alcohol.
“The procedural law is being followed and investigation agencies have done their job,” said Prashant Patil, a lawyer representing the alleged minor offender. “Accused deserves bail; everybody is working within the confines of the law we’ll argue about it on legal merits,” he added.
Earlier Pune Police Commissioner Amitesh Kumar said they are investigating why there was no number plate on this car and how long temporary number plates have been displayed.
